This Christmas I came across making an easy way for developing programs using OpenCV. When thinking but a possible solution the thought of a portable IDE came to me. This is something that I had not seen before.
When looking about this I came across http://codeblocks.codecutter.org/ so in reality most of the hard work had already been cut-out for me.
